You sign up for a monthly plan. We provide the Adam service per the plan you chose. Either side can cancel for any reason with notice.
Plans are billed monthly in advance. Overage on call/SMS volume is billed at the rate published on your plan page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to use Adam for any unlawful purpose, spam, fraud, or to impersonate anyone. We can suspend service if you do.
Adam records calls he handles, and you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable two-party / one-party consent laws in your jurisdiction. We provide tools (call disclosure, opt-out keywords) to help.
The service is provided "as is." We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep Adam online, but we do not guarantee zero downtime.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the issue.
We may update these terms. We'll email you and post the new version here. Continued use means acceptance.
